The comprehensive legal protection usually contains the following areas

  • Compensation right
  • Patient’s right
  • Insurance right
  • Labor legislation
  • Rent right
  • Subject right
  • Criminal law

The limited legal protection usually contains the following areas

  • Personal right
  • Family right
  • Law of succession

Not included are

  • Entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals (which is covered by the company legal protection insurance)
    • Holder, driver or tenant of motor vehicles (which is covered by the traffic legal protection insurance)
    • Defense of unjustified compensation claims from external-contractual liability (which is covered by the liability insurance)
