The legal protection usually contains the following areas

  • Compensation right
  • Insurance right
  • Criminal law
  • Disqualification from driving
  • Contract-juridical disputes connected to traffic

Not included are

  • Defense of unjustified compensation claims from traffic accidents (which is covered by the compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance)
